Omaxe bags infra projects worth Rs 39.95 cr

Real estate developer Omaxe Ltd. has bagged a contract to develop Convention centre‚ Library and Computer Centre at Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology at Murthal in Sonepat. Omaxe has won the contract at an open bid conducted by Haryana State Roads and Bridges Development Corporation Limited‚ a State Govt. undertaking. To be built with an investment of Rs 39.95 crore‚ these developments would be instrumental in improving the infrastructure facilities at the university.

Lodha Group launches Casa Bella - Phase I

India’s premier luxury real estate developer Lodha Group launched first phase of its ambitious integrated township project in Dombivali. This project - called casa Bella- will be built over 40 acres of land as an integrated residential township with 3500 residences under the first phase of development. The apartments will be priced at Rs 11.7 lakh onwards for 1 BHK‚ Rs 14.9 lakh onwards for 2 BHK and Rs 24.3 lakh onwards for 3 BHK.
